What roles and industries do you specialise in?
Our anchor specialisms are solar & renewable energy (EPC) and IT / AI-ML / Cloud / Data. We also run full-service corporate hiring across HR, sales, operations, finance and leadership, plus campus hiring, RPO and background verification.
How fast can you fill a role?
It depends on seniority and scarcity, but our process is built for speed — for many roles we deliver an interview-ready shortlist within days, not weeks. For most roles we deliver a shortlist in 5–7 days and typically close within 3–4 weeks.
How do you charge?
We work on standard recruitment engagement models — contingency for individual roles and retained / RPO arrangements for volume or ongoing hiring. Contingency is a percentage of first-year CTC for individual roles; retained and RPO fees are agreed up front for volume or ongoing hiring.
