Scoutforu Consultants was founded by industry veterans with over 12 years of corporate leadership experience — to be the recruitment partner they always wished they'd had: specialist, fast, and genuinely transparent.
Our story
Built by people who've hired at scale
After more than a decade leading teams inside fast-growing companies, we saw the same gap again and again: generalist agencies that forward resumes, job boards that only reach active seekers, and hiring processes that lose great people to slow decisions.
We built Scoutforu to close that gap — combining the process discipline of a corporate talent function with the speed and hunger of a startup, focused on the markets where hiring is hardest: solar & renewable energy, and IT / AI-ML.
To back it up, we run our own recruitment platform — so every client gets full pipeline visibility, and no candidate ever goes dark.
